About

Ritisha Namballa holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and has clinical experience in neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, working with individuals affected by stroke, other neurological conditions, pain and musculoskeletal dysfunction.

Her approach is structured and evidence-based, using personalised exercise programmes to help patients improve movement, manage pain, regain strength and achieve greater independence in daily life. As a multilingual physiotherapist, she is able to communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds, which supports patient education and clear therapeutic communication. She is also currently pursuing an MSc in Fitness, Exercise Rehabilitation and Nutritional Care, further building on her knowledge of exercise prescription and holistic patient care.

Treatment Expertise

Ritisha’s clinical focus includes neurological and stroke rehabilitation, upper-limb and hand rehabilitation, gait and balance training, functional mobility and ADL training, therapeutic exercise and strengthening, proprioception and coordination training, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation of the knee and shoulder. She also works with pain management, hydrotherapy/aquatic rehabilitation and home exercise programme development.

Ritisha follows a patient-centred, evidence-based and goal-oriented approach. She begins with a detailed assessment to identify each patient’s impairments, functional limitations and individual goals, and tailors treatment accordingly, progressing it as recovery continues.
